Technical writing

Five years at Century Design, Austin, Texas (1989 to 1994). Created on-line help information for OS/2 performance monitoring software. Wrote marketing, planning, and installation guides for LAN Server product. Developed hardcopy and on-line, hypertext documentation for RISC workstations and AIX software (IBM version of UNIX). Indexed, edited, proofed. As a lead writer, advised junior writers. Coordinated, scheduled, and tracked the development of marketing spec sheets and brochures for major client company. Handled day-to-day liaison with client.
